Some time ago, when we were still new, we were trying to adjust some settings that required adjusting code.
During this time, a strange glitch occurred where a few random users had their privacy settings all changed to 'nobody', so nobody could see their profile or message them.
We had fixed this issue, but some people may find that their settings are still set to nobody.
All users should check their privacy settings (found under the list of options when clicking your screen name in the header).
This glitch will explain why some people weren't getting responses to their search threads.
We apologize sincerely for this.
Unfortunately, trial and error will happen, but it is one we are aware of and have done our best to correct.
To ensure we can get everyone's accounts back to proper order, we ask that all users check their privacy settings and adjust them as needed.
Seen below is a screenshot of the privacy settings (where it says members only).
Click those to adjust. If yours says 'nobody', you were effected by this glitch in the past.
