Hello! It's funny how things seem to have come full circle. I've been writing and roleplaying for just over fifteen years now, first starting on forums not entirely unlike this (more a historical and strategy focus rather than risque RP, admittedly!). As those died down, I drifted away to write and roleplay on various MU*s (several being of an "adult" variety) and MMOs in addition to writing some lengthier alt-history works. Eventually, however, I found those drying up as well. After a bit of a hiatus from roleplaying, I've decided to try my hand here, returning to the medium of forums where I first began - joining this one thanks to a link from @UndeadEyes.
When it comes to writing, I've found that I'm fairly flexible - writing quick responses for MUDs and MMOs and writing pages upon pages for lengthier stories. I suppose my preference is anywhere from a few paragraphs to roughly a page or so, depending upon context and how many characters I'm playing. Speaking thereof, I don't have too much a preference when it comes to male or female characters, but I do often enjoy playing multiple characters, as it allows greater variety and all the more material to write.
It is perhaps worth noting, I currently have quite the busy schedule, working Monday through Friday 40 hours a week. On top of this, I'm currently attending classes roughly full-time for my second degree. Oddly enough, I've found most of my time to reply during downtime at work, along with weekend mornings. That said, my time for writing more detailed replies may be limited, as I'd hope to give any scenes I might find here the attention they properly deserve.
Anyhow, it's a pleasure to join the community, and I do sincerely hope to be able to get involved in some deep and engaging stories soon! :)
