We've made some changes to the site that we think users will appreciated.

Unlike Gender Irrelevant, where the poster must be the one willing to play the gender of their partners choosing, Gender Indifference is where a person who doesn't care what gender the partner plays may post while having a preference for their own characters gender.
This is good for people who are indifferent about their partners character or the sexuality of the roleplay.
We have also updated and clarified a few things in the 1x1 Roleplaying Recruitment Information. Take a look!

Here at Writing Home, we do not tolerate bullying or harassment of any kind--Period.This includes purposely bad-mouthing users on the public forums, telling other people not to roleplay with them for petty/personal reasons (public forums or in PMs), etc.
Should issues arise between users, we hope that at least one of the users will be mature enough to disengage and either ignore or block them to avoid future contact. Continuing to engage only worsens the issue.
If a user is breaking these rules, be it through forms of harassment, hate speech, or otherwise, we suggest using the report button under their post to give staff the ability to handle it properly on their end.
