So, we have decided to add a new forum called "Sleeping Searches" to the Group Roleplay Forum.
If a user makes a group recruitment thread and then becomes inactive for 30 days (the user, not the thread), it will be moved into the Sleeping Searches forum.
This will stop people from actively reaching out while the owner of the thread is away.
Should the owner return, they can ask to have it brought back to the Recruitment forum.
When we become larger and posts begin to be moved into older pages, we will also begin archiving searches older than 30 days that have no had any activity.
Again, this is for when the site grows as, for now, threads do not currently need activity to be seen.
This will not be used for 1 x 1 threads, as those already have limits on how many threads can be posted per users, where as the Group search does not.
